Meet Me

A little about my path, my practice, and what I'm creating.

As an avid runner, I was conditioned to see my body as a machine.

I took pride in my strong work ethic, discipline, and productivity. But when injury sidelined me temporarily, I was forced to reconnect with my body in a softer, slower way. Yoga taught me to balance effort with ease and see my body as a home, not a project.

My hope is that you find deeper appreciation for you body, too.

You know what it means to push — to effort, to strive, to perform.

I create spaces for you to do something different—to shift gears, to soften.

My teaching supports athletes, athletic moms, and high-performers in learning how to relax — not by letting go of discipline, but by deepening presence. Through intentional breath, gentle movement, and stillness, we unwind, reconnect, and begin to listen to our bodies differently.
